
Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general back-office operations and administrative tasks
- Create and manage invoices using MS Word and Excel
- Update and manage product listings and inquiries on portals like **IndiaMART**, **TradeIndia**, and **GeM (Government e-Marketplace)**:
- Maintain and update data entries with minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Perform receptionist duties: managing calls, visitors, and front desk operations
- Prepare presentations using **MS PowerPoint**:
- Assist in basic **GST-related** work and documentation
- Conduct effective **internet research and data collection**:
- Manage and maintain proper records in **MS Word**, **Excel**, and other business tools
**Desired Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of **GST** and invoice processing
- Typing speed of **30 WPM or above**:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with **IndiaMART**, **TradeIndia**, and **GeM portal** operations
- Ability to handle receptionist and front-office duties
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
**Qualification**:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
- Basic computer course
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
