We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in Mulund West, Mumbai. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement of pharmaceutical products for our distribution and export operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify reliable vendors for pharmaceutical products.
- Research and compare pricing and product specifications to secure the best value for the company.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain favorable terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and inventory levels.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and track order status.
- Assist with resolving any purchase-related issues or discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
