**Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Node.js/Next.js)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional frontend components.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration to maintain code quality and ensure robustness.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our development processes and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong proficiency in both backend (Node.js) and frontend (Next.js) development.
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
