**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate **mechanical and electrical maintenance activities**:

- Plan and execute **preventive and breakdown maintenance**:

- Lead a team of fitters, electricians, and helpers for timely machine upkeep
- Ensure proper functioning of **Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, Ring Frame, and OE Spinning machines**:

- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare part inventories
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to **safety, health, and regulatory compliance**

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- **Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in têxtile or manufacturing industry**:

- Strong knowledge of têxtile machine operation and troubleshooting
- Good leadership, team handling, and communication skills
- Ability to read machine manuals, layouts, and electrical/mechanical drawings
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency repairs
