**Job Summary**:
As a Maintenance Supervisor specializing in conveyor systems, you will oversee the maintenance operations of conveyor systems within our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of conveyor systems, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading a team of technicians to address any issues promptly. Your role will be critical in minimizing downtime, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the safety of conveyor operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians specializing in conveyor systems.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork within the maintenance department.
- **Conveyor System Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of conveyor systems to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with conveyor systems.
- Oversee repairs, replacements, and upgrades of conveyor components as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and downtime metrics.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and lifespan of conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in conveyor systems.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for conveyor system failures or malfunctions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment with conveyor systems.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor system components, including belts, rollers, motors, bearings, and controls.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for conveyor system issues.
- Experience with preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergency situations as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
