Customer Service Representative

This is a **full-time**, in-office role based in **Tilak Nagar, Delhi**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing and assist students in booking counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and update the CRM system regularly.
- Proactively check in with students to ensure satisfaction and track progress at different stages.
- Resolve complaints or concerns with patience and timely escalation if needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of customer support or telecalling experience (preferably in education, edtech, or service-based industries).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset — you genuinely care about solving problems.
- Confidence in handling phone and WhatsApp-based communication.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- **Timings**: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
