**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, helping us find and hire top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Postings & Advertisements**: Create and publish job postings on various job portals, company website, and social media platforms.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the preparation of offer letters, recruitment reports, and other administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
- **Market Research**: Support in researching industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Any internship or practical experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and social media platforms for recruitment is a plus.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
