Clubr is looking for a motivated Customer Experience & Growth Intern to support our customer engagement and growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital onboarding, client outreach, lead generation, and more. If you're looking to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the live entertainment industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate digital onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Assist with issue resolution, helping clients solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Provide online product demos and follow up with clients to guide them through the signup process.
- Use Sales Navigator for lead generation, identifying potential clients and partnerships.
- Conduct outreach to key accounts, building relationships with organizers, artists, and venues.
- Drive new acquisition efforts through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Manage lead generation and cold calling, targeting potential customers and partners.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- A passion for customer service, digital growth strategies, and the live entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and partners.
- Enthusiasm for learning about lead generation tools like Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated and ready to take initiative in outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups effectively.
