Key duties include achieving sales targets, collecting customer feedback, answering product questions, and maintaining a positive brand image. The goal is to increase brand awareness and boost sales through direct customer interaction and support from the sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Actively engage with potential customers to generate interest in products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and answer customer questions effectively.
- **Sales Generation**: Persuade customers to purchase by highlighting product value and offering incentives.
- **Display & Setup**: Arrange and set up product displays, booths, and promotional stands to attract attention.
- **Promotional Activities**: Distribute product samples, flyers, and other promotional materials to increase visibility.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Collect customer feedback and report sales data to management, helping to inform future strategies.
- **Sales Targets**: Work to meet and exceed daily or period sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
- **Brand Image**: Maintain a positive image for the brand by following company guidelines and professional conduct.

Essential Skills and Qualities
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and answering their questions.
- **Customer Service**: A customer-oriented approach and excellent customer service skills are crucial for building relationships and providing a positive experience.
