We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team in Mohali. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, menus, and other interactive features.
- Ensure designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Work on both web and mobile interfaces, focusing on improving user interaction and experience.
- Provide support and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and skills.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
