**Job Profile: Purchase - Executive**

**Job Exp: 03 to 05 yrs**

**Job Location: Madhapur - Hitech City**

**Qualification : Any Degree/ Technical Degree preferable**

Ø Prepare the proposal for obtaining approval for placing the Purchase Order
Obtain approval for selecting a particular vender and place a Purchase Order on the vendor

Ø Conduct market analysis for rates, selection of buyers, rate negotiation

Ø Ensuring GRN entry on timely basis

Ø Negotiation and finalization of Supplier and preparation of cost Comparison sheet.

Ø Follow-up with the Vender with respect to the date on which the Materials would be obtained

Ø Maintenance of vendor database and updating of the same in case of newly engaged vendors

Ø Should having a knowledge on MIS reports preparation and material issuance report preparation.

Ø Checking of Various bills and ensuring that the necessary GR entry should feed in the system.

Ø Vendor development & vendor negotiation

Ø Make a vendor comparative chart for chose a best vendor

Ø Send Quotation to party and get best price

Ø Issue PO to vendor and follow up for material delivery

Ø Stock analysis & stock manage invoice check against PO & Price list

Ø Receiving Materials against PO, Inward Goods Inspection.

Ø Transfer Of Material as per requirement & Condition of the material through various movement types.

Ø Maintaining stocks and updating the records

Ø Maintain identification of All Raw Materials, Packaging Material & Engineering Spares & parts.

Ø Issue of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and engineering spare parts as per regulatory norms.

Ø Arranging all the Material in the proper plan for easy excess.

Support management by making some vital MIS Reports.

Invoice Check against PO & Price List.

Ø Should be a quick learner

Ø Should maintain vendor alliances & relationships

Ø Should have cost management & negotiations skills

Ø Should be a self driven

Pay: ₹11,138.61 - ₹35,000.00 per month
