**Experience Required**: 0-3 year

CTC: 2.2 to 3.0 LPA

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Management**:

- Source and purchase goods and services as per company requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.

**Vendor Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to supply.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and trends.

**Inventory Management**:

- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory levels.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to forecast needs and avoid shortages.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant domain knowledge and keen interest in procurement process

are also encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English, with the ability

to negotiate effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Excel Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Purchasing Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
