**UX Designer**

**Location**: Kolkata

Cozeva is a SaaS product in the US Healthcare IT space. It is a population health management software with multifaceted capabilities. Our clients are Health Insurance Companies, Physician Organizations and other stakeholders in the Value Based Care landscape in the US.

As a UX Designer in Cozeva, your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

- Discussing requirements with stakeholders and scoping the project
- Creating **High-fidelity Figma prototypes** to solve the problem
- Helping in Corporate Website maintenance using **Webflow** and **Wordpress**.
- Building static and animatable vector assets using **Adobe Illustrator** or **Figma**:

- Designing and cleaning up marketing slides using **Google Slides** ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Motion Design using **Adobe After Effects** for creating marketing assets

**Skills required**:

- **UX Design** **-** Understanding of Customized Enterprise Software, End-to-end coordination from Ideation to Go-Live.
- **Tools**: Figma, HTML, CSS
- **UI Design** **-** Healthy Balance of Aesthetics and Usability, Sensitivity towards Implementation, Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Comprehensive Developer Handoff
- **Tools**: Figma, Illustrator, HTML, CSS
- **Tools**: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Mailchimp
- **Motion Design - **Intermediate knowledge of Animation using After Effects and Lottie
- **Tools**: Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, Lottie, Shotcut
- **CMS and Website** - Designing, maintaining and optimizing performance of our corporate website
- **Tools**: Wordpress, Elementor, Webflow, Google Analytics, Matomo
- **Data Handling - **Basic understanding of Spreadsheet software, Statistics and Maths. A lot of data representation tasks depend on this.
- **Tools**:Google Sheets, MS Excel

**Soft Skills**:

- **Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn**:You’ll have to keep on learning about the product and the industry that we serve. It is very different from healthcare in India.
- **Strong sense of Ownership**:You need to take responsibility and take your designs from ideation to deliverables. You need to coordinate the whole process and quickly iterate when necessary.
- **Cross-team Collaboration**:You will need to work closely with multiple teams like Front-end Devs, Back-end Devs, QA, Medical Coding, Tech Services etc. Clear Communication is key here.
- **Visual and Verbal Creativity**:You need to be able to illustrate and explain complex concepts. You also need to know how to efficiently express using limited words.
