**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Frequently coordinate with Clients, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Must coordinate with in-house design team, contracts, procurement and site execution team.
- Ensure clients needs and meet them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Solely responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in Clients, Engineers, Vendors & stakeholder meetings.
- Keep the project manager and others informed about projects status, changes and issues that may impact client relations.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Planning &Ensuring delivery of project is as per timelines.
- Follow up on payment collection.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensure clients views are managed towards the best solution.
- Handling and Co-ordinating on Government Approval.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.


**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree or Diploma/B.E. in civil background.

**Experience**:

- Experience in customer support (2-3 years).

**Required Skills**:

- Great Communication skills (English & Kannada)
- Communication in Hindi is an added advantage
- Client Handling Ability
- Problem Solving& Critical Thinking
