**Job Summary**

Office based Outbound Sales Team.
Monday - Friday 8:00 pm to 5:00 am
Salary - Rs15000 - Rs25000 per month in hand plus uncapped incentives
Incentives - Daily Cash Incentives, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly.
**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to consumers to discuss sale options.
- Achieve both group and personal targets
- Advise customers on the product details, handling each call promptly and in a correct
manner
- Update records appropriately
- Input consumer-related data accurately and efficiently
- Manage customers who are resistant to contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm

Work Experience: 0-4 Years

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The Individual:

- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times
- Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives
- Ability to work well within a team in order to gain the best results
- Follow strict company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that legislative
requirements are met
- Be organized and capable of working under pressure, and to tight deadlines
- Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to work duties
- Able to prioritize work effectively.

- Good Spoken and Written English Skills
