Sturdy Groups is a leading construction and interior turnkey services company dedicated to delivering excellence in every project. We are seeking a professional and organized **Receptionist & Office Administrator** to manage front-desk operations and support the smooth functioning of our office.
**Job Responsibilities:Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
**Office Management**:
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
**Clerical Tasks**:
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence as needed.
- Support HR and accounts teams with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Maintain employee attendance and visitor logs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
