**Job ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
**Administrative & Office Management**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Handle office supply inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for managers.
- Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks.
**Procurement & GRN Verification**:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials for construction projects.
- Compare prices, negotiate rates, and place purchase orders as per requirements.
- Verify and maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Check and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to ensure materials received match purchase orders.
- Report any discrepancies in materials received and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
- Maintain accurate procurement and GRN logs for accounting and project tracking.
**Customer Coordination**:
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
- Assist in preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and contracts.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the reception and office areas are clean and organized.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings when needed.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,919.97 - ₹15,000.00 per month
