Role profile

Role title: SAP MM- Retail Function: Technology_VOIS

Band: H Department: Corporate Applications

Reports to: Lead of Corporate Applications Location: Pune preferred + Bangalore

Role purpose:
As an SAP MM-Retail consultant with S4 HANA expertise, you will design, configure, and deploy MM-Retail functionality to deliver successful solutions for clients. You will work on SAP MM-Retail implementation projects.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

- Drive the implementation of IT solutions in line with requirements and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the IT team.
- Develop SAP MM Retail related functionalities and integration interfaces with different legacy systems.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA.
- Ensure designs follow specifications.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

SAP MM:

- Proven SAP MM implementation (P2P cycle) experience of a minimum of 6+ years.
- Skills in order capture, SD-MM, and MM-FI integration.
- Experience in designing and developing special procurement scenarios as per business needs.
- Knowledge of equipment handling with serialization procedures
- Preferable knowledge of implementation/transformation to S4 HANA.

SAP IS Retail:

- Good working knowledge of IS Retail functionalities like Article Master, Assortments, Stock allocation, Site master, POS transactions, Retail Pricing, etc., with at least 3 years of experience.
- Should have good knowledge of Merchandise distribution, cross docking and flow through scenarios in retail.

Integration:

- Exposure to designing complex interfaces with various legacy systems.
- Expertise in EDI/IDOC handling.
- Exposure to sales order integration with SAP e-commerce portals and other order management systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Education level equivalent to a master’s degree in business administration or Economics.
- At least 6 to 8 years of SAP MM Retail development experience.
- Preferred: SAP certification
- Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues
- Experience with system integration (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Security, Deployment, Operations)
- Proven ability to implement large scale, complex system solutions for multi-functional, multi-national organizations
- Extensive experience in delivering projects in an international environment

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
