**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert support for SAP SD and MM modules, addressing user queries and issues.
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders & cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SD and MM modules to meet business needs.
- Should have sound knowledge about transactional and master data tables and their features.
- Should have knowledge of BADI’s, BAPI’s and their deployments.
- Co-Ordinate with technical teams to make them understand the about the required developments.
- Conduct testing and validation of system changes, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to SD and MM, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
- Participate in end-user training sessions to enhance understanding of SAP functionalities.
- Stay updated with SAP best practices and new releases related to SD and MM.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP SD and MM modules (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and materials management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
