Flight Operation Executive

As a Flight Operations Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient flight operations.

**Salary Package: Rs.30,000/ - Rs.50,00/- per month**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of flight operations, including flight planning, scheduling, and dispatching.

2. Liaise with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to ensure adherence to flight schedules and safety protocols.

3. Monitor weather conditions, air traffic flow, and airport operations to make informed decisions regarding flight operations.

4. Prepare and distribute flight plans, crew briefings, and other relevant documentation to ensure efficient execution of flights.

5. Maintain accurate records of flight operations activities, including flight logs, fuel consumption, and aircraft maintenance schedules.

6. Resolve any operational issues or delays in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to flight schedules.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as maintenance, customer service, and finance, to optimize flight operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.

8. Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in flight operations.

9. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and safety.

10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to flight operations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in aviation management, aeronautical engineering, or related field.

2. Previous experience in flight operations, preferably in a similar role within the aviation industry.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

5. Proficiency in aviation software and tools for flight planning and scheduling.

6. Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

7. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards, including DGCA guidelines, is preferred.

8. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.

9. Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
