Vision Flying Training Institute is a premier aviation training institution committed to providing high-quality education and training to aspiring pilots and aviation professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ATC Operator to join our team at our facility in Amreli, Gujarat.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operate and manage Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment and systems efficiently and effectively to ensure the safe and orderly flow of air traffic within designated airspace.

2. Monitor and coordinate the movement of aircraft, both within the vicinity of the airport and in en-route airspace, using radar, radio communication, and other relevant tools.

3. Provide timely and accurate information to pilots regarding weather conditions, air traffic, and other relevant information necessary for safe flight operations.

4. Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations, including initiating appropriate emergency procedures and coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.

5. Collaborate with other ATC operators, airport personnel, and aviation stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication for efficient air traffic management.

6. Maintain accurate records of air traffic movements, communications, and incidents for reporting and analysis purposes.

7. Stay updated on relevant regulations, procedures, and technological advancements in the field of air traffic control to ensure compliance and proficiency.

8. Participate in training programs and exercises to enhance skills and knowledge related to ATC operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Air Traffic Management, or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an ATC Operator in a civil aviation environment.

3. Valid ATC Operator license/certification issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.

4. Proficient in using ATC equipment, radar systems, and communication tools.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with pilots, air traffic controllers, and other aviation personnel.

6. Excellent situational awareness and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.

7. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, procedures, and safety protocols.

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
