The Opportunity

What You'll Contribute-
- Ensure all sales collateral aligns with our brand guidelines, including visual identity, messaging, and tone.- Maintain and evolve brand templates to ensure efficiency and consistency.- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and objectives.- Collaborate with copywriters, product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content and design are integrated effectively.- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.- Organize and maintain design files and assets.- Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and optimized for their intended use (digital or print).- Conduct thorough reviews of final deliverables before distribution.- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Proactively suggest innovative design solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.

What We're Seeking- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).- Experience with software for creating interactive flip books (e.g., FlippingBook, Issuu) is highly desirable.- Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).- Basic understanding of web design principles and file formats for digital use.
