
Housekeeping Supervisor

To effectively organize multiple facility & operations tasks and meet deadlines.
- Training and developing housekeeping staff & coordinate work assignments and inspect
completed work.
- Attend staff briefings to discuss company policies and their complaints.
- Weekly visit to the premises and ensure cleanliness of the overall.
- Assign work & duties to Head Girl, Head Boy and other Housekeeping Staff to ensure smooth
working at ground level.
- To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of all the sites.
- Responsible for keeping team encouraged and motivated.
- To prepare, check & review the checklists for housekeeping operations.
- To prepare and maintain the Housekeeping other Facility standards to all.
- Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective
action.
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all chemicals & consumables & escalate in
time to ensure availability of stocks to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate records to forecast department personnel requirements and prepare reports
department expenses.
- Maintain appropriate levels of petty cash to support Account & operations.
- Opening salary bank accounts of employees when necessary.
- Employee relations, queries/grievances management, disciplinary actions etc.
- Ensure all necessary documents are collected at the time of joining for any new employee at
site, check, verify and maintain record for all employees.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
