Position: Bagging Executive

Location: VD Global, Umiyadham Rd, Kodiyar Nagar, Surat, Gujarat 395006

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Holiday: Festival holidays off as per diamond industry standards

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accurately bagging diamonds as per company guidelines.
- Maintain organized and efficient packaging of diamonds for storage and shipment.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and documented.
- Verify diamond details (size, quality, etc.) using available records.
- Coordinate with other teams to fulfill orders on time.
- Update records and inventory data accurately in Excel.
- Perform routine checks to ensure quality control standards are met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in Excel, especially with HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds (size, weight, clarity, etc.).
- Good command of basic English for communication and documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in bagging and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/11/2024
