**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven **Field Sales Executive** to join our team. This role involves visiting market vendors, distributors, and potential partners to promote and sell our mushroom products. The executive will also be responsible for identifying landowners and pitching them for leasing their land for mushroom cultivation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit market vendors and distributors regularly to pitch, promote, and sell mushroom products.
- Generate new orders and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers.
- Conduct on-ground market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Approach landowners and present the benefits of leasing their land for mushroom farming.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with both vendors and landowners.
- Submit daily reports on visits, leads generated, orders collected, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Travel Allowance (TA)**:

- ₹5/km for bike usage beyond 40 km per day.

**Daily Allowance (DA)**:

- ₹350/day if more than 100 km traveled.
- ₹175/day if within base location or less than 100 km traveled.

**Salary Structure**:

- **Option 1**: Fixed salary of ₹25,000/month

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification - Freshers
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with local market areas and vendor network is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
