Responsible for expanding our customer base, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the sales of our fertilizer and manure products to agricultural businesses, farms, and distributors.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of our products in the designated territory.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify potential customers, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors, and build relationships with them.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.

Regular travel to meet customers, assess market needs, and actively promote our products and solutions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (required)
