- Responsibilities_
- _Perform daily invoice allocation and ticket allocation tasks; follow-up on pending invoices (workflow tool)_
- _Perform invoice compliance check and follow-up with local finance teams for exception resolution_
- _Follow-up with VMD or Purchasing departments for query solving in order to book invoices accurately_
- _Query resolution for both suppliers, local finance teams and internal Genpact teams_
- _Vendor account reconciliation - if required_
- _Month-End reporting_
- _Month End activities for Intercompany invoices - if required_
- _Investigate Vendors Debit/Credit Balance - if required_
- _Manual and Automatic Payments - if required_
- _T&E posting according to the existing procedure_
- _Identify and implement Lean ideas for improving and standardizing the process_
- _Other responsibilities requested by the manager_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_

- _Language: Spanish (C1) and English (B2)_
- _Accounting knowledge - beginner level;_
- _Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge._
- _Analytical thinking and self-starter_
