The Factory Incharge will oversee daily operations at the factory, ensuring efficient production of plywood and laminates while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing teams, optimizing production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure quality control at all stages of production.
- Supervise and lead the factory team, including machine operators and supervisors.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance workforce skills.
- Address grievances and maintain team morale.
- Manage raw material inventory to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of materials.
- Oversee dispatch processes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment.
- Schedule regular maintenance to avoid production downtime.
- Address technical issues promptly in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety norms and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and legal standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain records of materials, production, and dispatch.
- Provide updates to senior management on factory performance.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of plywood and laminate manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues.
