Position: Customer Care Excutive

Qualification: Any Graduate or Intermediate with and without Experience 0 to 3 years into voice.

Responsibility:
Handling Customer Queries Related to Products

Advises Customers By Providing Information On Services.

Helps Customers Make Selections By Building Customer Confidence; Offering Suggestions and Opinions.

Convert Customer Queries and Lead Into Business Through Calls

One Who Can Extremely Outstanding with inbound and Outbound Sales.

**Requirements**:
1. experience in Customer Support role.

2. Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening.

3. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

4. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

5. Flexible to work in Rotational shifts for inbound

6. Good typing skills.

7. Self Transportation.
