**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Operational**
- To have operational responsibility and accountability for clinical activity in the unit
- To maximize clinical team efficiencies by utilizing the team in the best possible way, including
- Working with BD to promote services where skills are present but under utilized
- Should coordinate all initial assessment and conversions.
- Shadow visits and patient onboarding
- To attend and manage any emergency as per the need or situation
- To provide KPI reports to as requested.

**Quality of care**
- To be responsible for quality of service provision in the region through:

- regular audits of the service in the region using the audit standards provided by Director of Nursing including unannounced audits and announced audits
- Daily assessment form review
- Care plan uploading and documents review
- Reporting and resolving of any customer concerns or complaints and supporting staff who have been implicated in a complaint.
- KPI reporting to Nursing Heads
- To be responsible for staff performance:

- Monitoring clinical incidents and reporting to Nursing Heads as requested
- Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents and preventative actions and reporting to Nursing Heads
- Reconciliation of medications
- Providing safe environment for the staff and the patients.
- Involvement in active infection control programme

**Business Development**
- To provide support to the BD Team as required
- Attend conferences, presentations as required by BD Team.

**Qualification and Experience**
- GNM
- B.Sc (Optional) with relevant supervisory experience in ICUs in the hospital set up.

Job Location: HBR Layout

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
