Job Title: Nursing Supervisor
Reports to: Medical Director
Location: KR Puram, Seegehalli
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
2. Manage daily nursing operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance patient care and safety.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve facility goals and objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
6. Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing education and training to nursing staff.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
8. Participate in budget planning and resource management.
9. Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
**Requirements**:
1. Current RN licensure in [State]
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
3. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
2. Certification in Nursing Administration (CNA) or related field
3. Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Working Conditions:
1. Work schedule may vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays
2. May be required to work in high-stress situations
Salary and Benefits:
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
