A Building Management System (BMS) executive is responsible for the operation of a building's integrated management systems. Their responsibilities include:

- **System operation**: Operating the building's integrated management systems
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues
- **System management**: Managing the building's systems
- **Reporting**: Preparing reports on system performance, energy consumption, and cost savings
- **Training**: Providing training and support to end-users on BMS functionality
- **Emergency response**: Responding to service calls and providing emergency service and response to customer sites
- **Database tasks**: Performing necessary database tasks such as backups, clippings, troubleshooting, and exporting of files
- **Project meetings**: Participating in project meetings and providing technical expertise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
