**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design cutting-edge and trend-setting clothing and accessories.
- Develop detailed sketches, prototypes, and final designs for our collections.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and meet the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to perfect the final product.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand aesthetic across all designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a fashion designer with a standout portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction and têxtile properties.
- Strong creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
