**Responsibilities**:
As an Architect at ANP Atelier, you will be responsible for:
**Design and Conceptualisation**: Lead the conceptualisation and design of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

**Project Management**: Oversee project development from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

**Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methodologies to produce high-quality and sustainable designs.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

**Client Interaction**:Communicate with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to achieve client satisfaction.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent and meets quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- **Portfolio**: Showcase a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools. Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members is crucial.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and a passion for delivering unique architectural solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative approach to working within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

**Advantages**:
