We are looking for a capable architect to undertake a variety of designing projects. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Architect to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. Your goal is to create impactful designs that capture and promote our studio's vision. Responsibilities: Work with principal & senior architects to define project requirements and develop goals. Create and present idea board to communicate design concept to client. Produces sketches, drawings and floor plan to illustrate concepts and finalize projects using computer aided design (CAD), hand drawing skill and detailed drawings. Maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities. Responsible for daily coordination with senior architects, supervisors and other concerned persons. Monitor site/location to ensure that the progress of the project and fit-out is in line with the plans. Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail. Skills: Fresh graduate of a 5 year Bachelors Degree in architecture from a COA recognized institute. Good Knowledge in layout, color, materials selection and construction details.
