Business Process Owner

Your strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Globe will be essential for fostering collaboration and achieving success.

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive accounting processes documentation (process flows), improvement, standardization, automation and maintenance
- Facilitate definition of business requirements to accounting processes and root cause analysis of process related issues
- Ensure priorities, deadlines and daily actions are met as set up by the business
- Conduct process quality audits
- Drive delivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and IT partners
- Define, test and implement new system functionalities
- Participate in projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
- Training in systems, processes and governance
- Stakeholder management of process users & other internal and external collaborators
- Performance benchmarking across the Group for comparable processes - providing data-driven evidence for “what does good look like” along with enablers required for less productive Countries/Regions to reap optimal performance level
- Drive “let us do this for you as well” detailed service offering to Group entities; change momentum from countries pushing to Resource Center - to Resource Center providing specific solutions, benefit cases & execution plans to countries
- Business Continuity mapping. With gravity of process execution and related severity of non-performance, dependency of Resource Center end-2-end execution results is close to or past “point of no return”. Retained country organizations cannot be assumed to find & fix procedural/result derailing. Move from Country train Resource Center user to Resource Center train the trainer
- Deliver X% (10-15% is market benchmark) Resource Center internal process efficiencies (volume/staff ratio)

**What You’ll Need**:

- At least a bachelor / management degree in the relevant stream
- 12+ years of experience within finance, finance processes and systems, business consulting, or related areas
- Experience working with global projects and organizational change
- Lean/six sigma certified preferred
- Effective communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) and ability to translate complex issues into a user-friendly language
- An E2E mentality as well as the demeanor of a deep functional specialist
