It focuses on the development of high-level creative concepts for product design, including branding, animations, and infographics for video, print, and social media outlets. **Key Deliverables**: - Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral - Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs - Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites - Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; - Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events - Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with mínimal instruction - Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction - Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required - Liaising, briefing and advising the team with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales - Ensure projects/campaigns are completed with high quality and on schedule - Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines - Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions - Perform retouching and manipulation of images and video - Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software - Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief **Key Competencies**: - Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe lightroom, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro,Adobe After Effects, InDesign and other graphic design software - Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects - Strong analytical skills - Excellent eye for detail salary upto 45000/- (depend Experience & knowledge) Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Food provided Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Video Editing: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 3 years (preferred) - Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
