Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on speech clarity, language development, social communication, fluency, and feeding skills.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, psychologists, and other team members.
- Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on therapy techniques to continue at home.
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent review sessions.
- Ensure a child-friendly and positive therapy environment.
- Stay updated with current best practices and therapy methodologies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid professional certification/licensure as per regulatory guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays/autism.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and child-friendly approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
