Speech Language Pathologist

Conduct speech language voice fluency and swallowing assessments Diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech language cognitive-communication and feeding swallowing difficulties Collaborate with occupational therapists psychologists special educators and medical professionals to provide holistic care Counsel and educate families caregivers on therapy techniques for home practice Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations progress notes and therapy reports Participate in case reviews team meetings and interdisciplinary planning Stay updated with the latest research therapy techniques and professional standards Ensure ethical and professional practice in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines Qualifications Requirements Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology M Sc SLP BASLP MASLP or equivalent Valid certification registration from the Rehabilitation Council of India RCI Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric and or adult speech and language disorders Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Prior clinical experience in speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory freshers may also apply Key Skills Speech language assessment and intervention Fluency and voice therapy Empathy patience and strong problem-solving ability Work Environment Clinical setting rehabilitation center hospital school-based programs Direct therapy sessions with children Family and caregiver training sessions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
