- You’re responsible to operate a MIS and Reporting team which will support the data and information requirements of Operations across multiple site and geographies. You will need to lead reporting/ MIS resources who will be located out of multiple locations. You will be encouraged to constantly challenge the current level of reports delivery and bring in innovations in reporting to generate insights using the latest tools and technologies available._
- Responsibilities_
- _Assist the IA lead in day to day MIS reports preparation_
- _Assist the transition lead in bring together key updates (SOP, knowledge transfer etc.) from Investment accounting teams_
- _Prepare first level presentation and documents on various transition updates_
- _You're responsible for maintaining minutes and it's tracking from the key meetings held_
- _Keep track on key action points from the project meetings and seek IA teams for its completeness and resolution_
- _Work closely with RTAs (Real Time Analysts) to provide WFM support._
- _Providing insights on existing data to internal/external partners_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualification_
- _Graduation in any stream (PG would be an added advantage)_
- _Meaningful experience in Team Handling/ people facing role._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Proven experience in MIS & WFM Reporting will be advantage_
- _Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail_
- _Excellent knowledge & understanding of MS excel, Word and PowerPoint_
- _Excellent Interpersonal Skills_
- _Have experience of WFM tools._
