**Job Title: Freelance Travel Coordinator**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements.

2. Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities based on client preferences.

3. Plan and organize comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to meet the needs and desires of clients.

4. Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

5. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.

6. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their travel experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

7. Manage logístical details, such as visas, travel insurance, and currency exchange, to ensure hassle-free travel for clients.

8. Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide up-to-date and relevant recommendations to clients.

9. Handle administrative tasks, such as processing payments, maintaining records, and preparing travel documents.

10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and integrity in all interactions with clients and partners.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in travel planning, coordination, or related field preferred.

2. Passion for traveling and exploring new destinations.

3. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and inspire others.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

7. Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and other relevant software.

8. Ability to work independently and remotely in a freelance capacity.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying client needs and preferences.

10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Compensation**:
The compensation for this freelance role is based on the tour packages attended by the Travel Coordinator. Payments can range from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per package, depending on the complexity and duration of the travel arrangements. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to earn while traveling and experiencing diverse destinations.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
