Vehicle Integration

"To have the Experience and Profficient knowledge of Vehicle Integration Domain.
- Will be responsible for a project Activities and will coordinate all the engineering deliverables to meet QCD target
- Is custodian of the Engg product development process and ensure all gate deliverables are met
- Is responsible for Veh architecture finalization, Target signoff, Proto planning and build and DVP plan and ESO activities
- Understands the Automotive Vehicle Regulations and Its compliances
- Coordinates activity within and outside ERC including suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinates activity within and outside ERC including COC for SOR,TRSO and TKO completion and ensure timely delivery
- Dealing with different third party test agencies for Vehicle /sub system /aggregate prototype tests
- As VI Lead decides about the best architecture for an vehicle and supports CoC and other agencies to take correct decisions in case of any integration issue.
- Experience in Vehicle integration role especially for any vehicle platform and should have design and development experience of one or more of the Agreegate systems. Will be responsible for system integation of vehicle as per feature list
- Plan & support the Issue resolution/certification and launch readiness
- Coordinate all the build, signoff and validation activities along with ERC proto.
- Coordinate issue resolution with support from Agreegate CoCs
- Complete Project deliverables and monitor and report progress till closure.
- Ability to lead the team to achieve the required functional / cost / weight / timing & quality objectives.
- Co-ordination with certification team & update input documents of certification tracking certificate availability
- Co-ordination with ESO office for project ESO completion
- Should have knowledge of component and vehicle level Homologation and Certification."
