**Job Description**:
Job Description Summary:
You will be leveraging statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to extract insights from complex datasets. Using insights to solve business problems, make data-driven decisions, and develop predictive models. Additionally, communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

As a Data Scientist, you will:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis based on business and technical requirements to gain insights from the data.
- Develop and refine predictive models using historical data to provide future predictions for enterprise objectives, continuously tuning parameters for improved performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions, while also designing and maintaining data warehouses, reporting dashboards, and automation tools for streamlined operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement models, monitor outcomes, and propose action plans based on identified organizational trends.
- Utilize statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and advanced analytics to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and contribute to projects involving structured and unstructured data.

**Required Skills**:

- Possesses a degree in a data-centric field such as data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, emphasizing data analysis, visualization, or reporting.
- Has a solid track record of at least 2 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a focus on building and deploying machine learning and AI algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, time series forecasting, topic modeling, and anomaly detection.
- Demonstrates proficiency (3+ years of experience) in utilizing tools such as Python, R, MongoDB, PowerBI, SQL, Salesforce, Excel, and other related programs to effectively execute the responsibilities mentioned above

. - Expertise lies in working with diverse structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Possesses a sound understanding of data visualization principles and possesses a solid foundation in probability and statistics.
- Exhibits strong project management and stakeholder management skills, ensuring successful delivery of data science projects.
- Demonstrates advanced presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating key insights to executives, senior leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data management practices, including data structures, data ingestion, blending, transformation, and visualization techniques.
