Laundry, Laundry Technician

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laundry Technician to join our team. The Laundry Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our laundry facilities, ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest clothing are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, presses, and steamers.
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established procedures and standards.
Inspect items for stains, tears, or other damage and pre-treat stains as necessary.
Monitor inventory levels of linens and towels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure that all laundry chemicals and supplies are properly stored and handled according to safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility, including regular cleaning of machines and work areas.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to fulfill guest requests and ensure timely delivery of laundry services.
Assist in training and supervising laundry staff as directed by management.
Uphold the resort's commitment to exceptional guest service by providing friendly, professional, and prompt assistance to guests and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Proven experience working in a commercial laundry facility or similar environment preferred.
Familiarity with operating industrial laundry equipment and knowledge of laundry techniques and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Minimum Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

**Minimum Job Experience**: 1-2 Year
