Laundry, Laundry Technician

**Job Description**:
As a Laundry Technician at Della Adventure and Resorts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our accommodation facilities. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining laundry equipment, ensuring the timely and efficient cleaning of linens, towels, and other garments used across the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, and pressing machines.
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, and other garments according to established standards and procedures.
Inspect linens and garments for stains, tears, or damages before washing and report any issues to the supervisor.
Handle and store cleaning agents, detergents, and other chemicals safely and in accordance with safety guidelines.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including the removal of lint and debris from machines and floors.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of soiled linens and hazardous materials.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Train and supervise junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Laundry Technician or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with different types of fabrics and their care requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, damages, and quality issues.

**Minimum Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Minimum Job Experience**: Proven experience as a Laundry Technician or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
