- Responsibilities:_
- _Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database, updates to the material master data_
- _Construct data accumulation systems_
- _Inventory & Cost Accounting:

- Conduct cost accounting, inventory analysis and reporting_
- _Support internal control audit and compliance requirements_
- _Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)_
- _Maintenance of purchase and sales record:

- Co-Pack Accounting_
- _Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department), percentage of Standard Costing or Planning Activities_
- _Analyze and report profit margins_
- _Inventory & Cost Accounting-Project budget allocation_
- _Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts_
- _Assisting in month-end and year-end closing_
- _Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions_
- _Well versed with updates to master data, product costing and forecasting_

- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Commerce Graduate_
- Preferred Skill Set_
- _Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures_
- _In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)_
- _Experience with accounting software, like SAP, Blackline etc_
- _Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)_
- _Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail_
- _Strong time management skills_
- _Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information_
