Graphic Designer Intern

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently hiring a passionate, user centered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to produce innovative solutions for our product designs making them practical yet straightforward to use.

You'll work with visual designer, product manager and our development team. Together you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You'll translate their needs into user-friendly designs.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Develop UI mockups, user flows, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Incorporating feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- You have a degree/diploma in Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or any other related field.
- You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- Excellent knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
- Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
