**Production Supervisor/Engineer (Press Shop)**

**Exp - 2 -5 yrs**

**Qualification - BE/Dip Mechanical**

**Salary - 30k - 35 k**

**Job Location - Waluj, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar.**

**1.Production Supervisor/Engineer (Must Have Experience of Sheet Metal Press Shop)**

**Experience: 2 To 5 Years**

**Job Purpose**:
**- Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.**

**Monitor shift-wise production output, machine utilization, and downtime.**

**-Ensure production targets and customer delivery timelines are met. Promote and maintain 5S, visual management, and cleanliness in the shop floor.**

**- Key Skill**

**- Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical/hydraulic) and sheet metal processes**

**Understanding of quality tools: 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, etc.**

**⚫ Basic understanding of TPM, OEE, JH, and Lean Manufacturing**
