**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and update stock registers and software regularly.
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverage, linen, housekeeping, and engineering supplies.
- Issue materials to various departments based on requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments for stock reconciliation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Assist in vendor delivery coordination and goods return process if needed.
- Comply with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and legal regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Experience with hotel inventory software IDS
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
