Set Goals & Work plans for the department.
- Conduct Department Meetings and track progress.
- Department Weekly updates to be sent.
- Department Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports to be prepared.
- Assessments and MSE to be done for all those who are all newly admitted, readmitted, reintegrated.
- Assess Specific Problems through tests/ One to one sessions & give feedback to the Doctors.
- Assessments done to the in house & outside referrals on need basis.
- All the referrals to be done within two weeks.
- Identify the appropriate therapies for the residents & review the progress through the therapies
- Psychotherapy, counselling, spiritual group therapy, group and individual therapy.
- Coordinate Grand Rounds and Chart Meetings, therapeutic community, case presentations, small topic presentations, case and individual care plan
- Train the Mental Health professionals by organizing Topic Presentation, Case Reviews in chart meetings.
- Training Health Care workers.
- Family therapy Unit - trainings, designing and monitoring delivery of high-quality courses, from introductory modules in basic skills in working with families with family participation
- Training Centre - Life Skills, Psychological Assessments, Psychological Therapies
- Orienting the College students, researchers visiting the organization
- Co-ordinating Psychology interns from other academic Institutions
- Orienting and mentoring the interns coming from colleges specifically psychology students.
- Inpatient mental health services for at least 20 outpatient clients for 6 weeks
- Provide Psychiatric and Medical evaluation
- Family Conference with accompanying caregiver on a continuous basis
- Providing comprehensive healthcare
